The Meaning of Home

To me, a home is not just four walls and a roof. It is family. It's a place where I sleep, eat and live with my family. It holds me and my amazing family members and we make the best memories. For example, when my brother did the best knock-knock joke ever, it made my entire family laugh and it was the best. What made me most happy at that moment was that my home was there! Home is basically a blanket but I also feel really crestfallen that some people don't have a home. I always know that people deserve a home and that they should be having the best time of their life! My home smells of love and happiness flowing through it. Also, it smells like Kraft Dinner, which is my favourite type of fast food. Habitat for Humanity, I have something to say to you: thank you. You do whatever it takes to get people a home, no matter how much effort you have to put into it. You give everything you have in you and once you complete that, you can say to yourself that you are a hero and be proud!
