This is home

Home is where I can be free, be free like a buzzing bee Home is the smell of my mom's homemade chilli and my grandma's perfume that smells just like lilies Home is where my brothers make me laugh, home is the right path Home is where my dog sleeps except when the alarm beeps If I'm sad or mad my family can lend me a hand, home is my own special little land I would check my height on the wall everyday knowing that this is my special home perfect in every way There's many steps in life but step one is home So thank you Habitat for Humanity for giving others a home of their own.
