Home My home is like a big fluffy dog wrapping around me and my family guarding us from the cold snow and rain, but keeping the love and warmth and love in. the clicking of claws greet me at the door as I walk in kicking my shoes off then dropping my bag, I walk into my moms office giving her a big hug and a kiss telling her how much I missed her, I walk out trailing my fingers along the wall as a walk down the hall stopping to give Sitka a scratch behind the ear, I give it one last scratch before walk to the staircase, I run up the stairs pretending I’m climbing a mountain, I stop at the top of the stairs busting my room’s door open as I jump onto my bed . This house isn’t just a house it’s my home. I’d like to thank habitat for humanity for providing kids like me to have a safe home to love and live in!
