Home

If you walk into a house, just any house, you will notice that every house is unique. The things that stay the same are family, love, and feelings. Without family, there would be no love or feelings. There is so much happiness in a home. If you ask me what makes me happy, I would answer with about a list of 10 or more books. My favourite book series is Harry Potter. I am on the fourth book-The Goblet of Fire. I love to sit in my purple chair while I am reading. Home is also filled with comfort. My mom makes really good food while my dad always makes me laugh. I am able to comfortably be myself at home. My home has lots of traditions. We spend time together during Lunar New Year. My sister and I have our own special tradition. We make crafts together and sometimes we put on plays for our mom and dad. In my home there are eight rooms and three floors. Your house may have five rooms, ten rooms, or it could be a mansion with twenty rooms! In any kind of home, you are in, what feelings do you feel? I feel many feelings such as happiness, sadness, anger, excitement, but above all I feel so much love. Let’s not forget about pets. Ah! Yes, pets. No home is complete without pets. You could have a dog, a cat, a hamster, or even a squirrel! For everyone, the meaning of home is different. This is what home means to me.
