Home Is

Home is a big book about my family. Home is a big part of my life. When I'm at home, I feel comfortable and safe. I value this place the most. My memories, first steps and stories stay there. In the spring, my room smells of blooming flowers. I remember the evening when my mom read me fairy tales and stroked my head so I could fall asleep quickly. Her hands were warm and soft. My home smells like Dad's polenta My sisters and I love Dad's polenta He makes it for family dinners. I love my home!
