Meaning of Home
Home, a secure space, where you will always feel accepted. Walking through whatever doors are considered home, you enter a safe bubble, escaping the outside world, ensuring everything will be okay. Typically, a room in your home might be more special and home-like than the others. For me, that room is my bedroom. My bedroom stands out from every other room in my home; it sets a comforting feeling in my heart, lying in my bed. The warm smell of marshmallow glazes through the air from my signature candle I always light. The smooth touch of my walls streaking past my fingers feels as soft as baby powder. Since I have always been in my room, it has grown to be my favourite place to be in. It makes me feel safe and secure. Besides my bedroom, I like being in my living room too. It's not as much as my bedroom, but I'm most likely with my family members in my living room. My living room brings warmth to my body, a glimpse of reassurance that I'm welcome and at home. In conclusion, I love every part of my home, but these two places feel extra special.
