Home is Everywhere

Home to me could be anywhere. I live in a house but that's not necessarily my home. My home is everywhere from my grandparent's house to my old babysitter's house, anywhere is home. Home is about memories and I’ve never had more memories made somewhere than at the rink. Home has a lot of sad emotions like if you lost a family member, your mental health isn't the best or you are hurt. There are also a lot of happy emotions like when you learn to ride a bike, making cookies with loved ones and especially eating them. Home is a place where you eat a warm handmade dinner that you love so much that you ask your mom for the recipe for the future. Home could be anywhere like family could be anything. Home is the place where you and your family and friends are. Where you are loved and cared for. Because it is never a home when you are not loved and you're lonely. Just because someone has a big house doesn't mean they're rich because usually, the richest homes are small and rich in love. Home is at my poppy’s every Christmas eve. My whole family gathers at my poppy’s house and eats food and opens some presents.
