Home

Home is a place where to go to be safe, have fun and make memories. Home is where you open gifts on Christmas day, hunt for eggs on Easter, eat turkey on Thanksgiving and celebrate other holidays. Home is a place where good things and bad things happen. Home is where you play with your siblings, your parents and your pets. Home is a place to rest your head. Home is where we are loved and cared for. Home is where your feet may leave, but your heart will stay. At home, we have fun playing board games with family and friends. Home is where there is a lot of light and a little darkness. Home is where walls are adorned, with pictures of our family all over them. Home is where my mom's warmth and my dad's wise words guide me through life. Home is where all the food cooked in the house by mom and dad and everyone else is delicious. Home is where the fire burns and breezes away the cold, and we gather around and share stories and laughter. Home is where my brother and I play around and have fun.
