What Home Means to Me

Home is where I belong. At home I feel safe and secure, it is my happy place. Home is nothing without my family. I love spending time with my pets, parents, and sister. When I am at home I feel like I am Superman. I feel strong and empowered like a superhero! At home I smell the mouthwatering scent of my mom’s delicious Indian food which she learnt from her mom. I hear the sounds of my dad strumming his guitar which makes my little sister dance, and makes me laugh and enjoy the energy at home. On cold windy winter days, my sister and I make hot chocolate and sit cozy at home together with my dog “Picasso” who is very soft and cuddly.
