What Home Means to Me

What Home Means to me My home is cozy and safe, I spend lots of time at home enjoying and creating art. My home is my warm and comfortable bed, the only place in my home I can breathe without having my brothers screaming in my ears. My home is where my family is, where we make all those beautiful and creative memories. My home is where I can have fun and enjoy my mom’s wonderful cooking. My home is where my dogs lick my face as soon as I get in the door. My home is where I hear, “The kitchen is the heart of the house every single day.” My home is where I can watch amazing movies with my family while eating candy and delicious popcorn. My home is Quebec, where I grew up and where my family lives. My home is where my brothers annoy me until I leave home, go with friends, or go to sleep. My home is where I do art and all those activities and get to play videogames and board games. My home is traveling in the entire world and kayaking with my family. My home is movies, all the movies we watch in my family, and all the games we play. My home is just dance, the best game I ever played. All those songs and dances are the best. My home is all the music I hear every day help me concentrate and cheer me up when I am sad. My home is the warm and loud home, where I celebrate all holidays. My home is where we have all those gifts for Christmas, all the candy for Halloween, and that huge stack of chocolate we get for Valentine’s Day. This is what home means to me.
