Home is My Safe Space

Home for others may just be a place, But to me it's something more than that, Home is my safe space. Home is a place for me to laugh and play and have fun all day long, At home I feel safe to share what is going on. At home I can be silly, I can be funny, and weird, When I hear giggles and laughter, my worries disappear. At home I have my bedroom, a room that’s just for me, A place where I can sleep of course, but also feel so free. My home has lots of stuff in it, books, toys, accessories, But the thing my house has most of, is the most amazing memories. Home for others may just be a place, But to me it’s something more than that, Home is my safe space.
