Meaning of Home

Home is a lot of things. Like having a big house or having a small home. But home isn’t all of that. It can be about what you're feeling and that’s what I’m going to tell you. I’m going to tell you about my sights. What makes me happy to be home is that I can see my parents, my brother, and even my pet fish. It makes me glad I am at home. Next, feeling at home is the sounds I hear. It might not be the best sound like “GO DO THE DISHES!” Everyone agrees that they don’t want to do dishes, but there might be excited sounds like rain when you are sleeping. It feels calm and nice. The different smells in my home is my second favourite sense to talk about. The best smells are probably when your mom or dad cooks. It’s the best when your mom cooks your favourite food at 7 a.m. Speaking of foods, our next feeling about home is taste. I like my parents to cook, but I like my cooking better because I can make my own food, such as eggs. I feel proud when I make eggs. I like when my mom and dad cook rice, chicken, steak, and soup. Lastly, you can feel a lot of emotions about your home. If it's happy, you maybe won a challenge your family gave you. If it's sad you might have hurt your leg or maybe lost the family challenge, and if it is tense, you might have broke something like your phone or lost your backpack. But all of this connects because if you grow older and look back when you lived with your parents you will suddenly smile.
