Home to me

Home to me is a place where you can hear the sound of your mom calling that it's is time to eat supper or the amazing smell of your dad cooking on the BBQ. My home is a place where I can hear the sound of laughter or see the kind actions of my family. In my home I feel the warm and glowing heat from the fire place shining upon me. My home is where I can taste the amazing taste of my mom’s turkey on Thanksgiving Day. In my home I can also feel my warm blanket wrap around me as I sleep and wonder in my imagination. My home is something I love, enjoy and care for. It covers my head with a roof, gives me walls to block the cold and harsh winds, and gives me a window to see the world around me. This is what a home is to me.
