The Meaning of Home to Me

Home means coming home to the smell of food and my mom. Home means coming home to excitement and freshly folded laundry on my bed. Home means a mean older brother yelling at me to go clean. Home means coming home to pray to Allah. Muslims have to pray five times a day but one of the prayers is at the school so I only do my prayer 4 times a day other than on the weekend. At home, I eat yummy Kurdish food like dolma and kutila. These are only some of the Kurdish foods and the food tastes like heaven when my mom makes it. Home means having a warm comfy place to sleep and eat. Home means family to me and some people don't have that.
