Meaning of Home

Home is a place where you are safe, warm, loved and fed. But a lot of people don’t have homes .Some people aren't safe, warm or loved. And some people don’t have food on their table every day. Some people don’t even have food to eat. And maybe when you come home you might go up to your bedroom and change out of your school clothes. Or maybe you might go say hi to your parents. And they might not even have parents. Or some people only have one pair of clothes. Some kids don't even go to school. They don’t have education and that is so sad . You might not like school- but many kids would love to go to school, but maybe their parents can’t pay for it or maybe they are all alone. Maybe they don’t have someone who loves them. You might fight with your parents, grandma, grandpa, aunty or uncle . But that is ok because a lot of people do that and my family does that all the time. But I am still very grateful because a lot of people don’t have families. That is why you should be grateful that you have a family . Some families may be big or some families may be small. And some families are divorced and some are not. Some families have two moms and some families have two dads. And all of that is ok. But my wish is for everyone to have a great life and I hope that this little paragraph makes you feel grateful.
