HOME My Safe Place

Home, what do you think of when you hear it? I think of the smell of my moms flowers on the window sill. The sound of my dad watching soccer on the tv. Home is the core; the heart of a family, it's where you wake up every morning and go to sleep every night. It's where you go to relax, it's more than just walls and a roof it’s a part of your family. Think about it, it takes the rain, the snow, and the thunder for you it protects you. Like family does. Home is a place to be free to feel free. Not everyone gets to have the opportunity of having the warmth, the freedom, the safety of a house. So that's why getting this opportunity to help habitat for humanity, is so important to me. I’m not doing this for the pizza party , or any of the stuff you get, I am doing this to help. Because it makes me want to cry every time I pass by, and see people living in tents! Living! So no matter who you chose it all goes to help the homeless. Thank you habitat for humanity!
