Home Sweet Home

Home is a small or big place. No matter if it's big or small, it's a place where you find refuge. It's a safe place. It's a warm and comfy place that holds all the memories like your first steps, the first tooth you lost, your first words, times of laughter or times of sadness, and how your family made you feel a lot better. It's also a place of love. I always love the first step into my house because it smells like my mom's cooking or baking. This is why I love my home and it is not a house. Most of the time a house is cold and empty and it has no heart like a home. A house can be very nice and fancy but it does not feel right to you. It also holds all the memories like a home. To me, everyone needs and deserves a home.
