The Meaning of Home

Home is safe. My home is safe, yours is too. Home can smell like cookies, pie, cake, or even like some types of animals. My mom and I like to bake cakes in summer time. Do you? Home is fun because of family and friends. They get to play with you. Sometimes it's because of pets you get to see after school, or just in general. Home is clean and calm. Sometimes, for me it's never calm, except for night time when everyone is sleeping. It’s exciting because of all the games you can play and things you can do. It never ends! You can watch TV, read, write, and do chores which can be boring sometimes unless you make it fun! It's a happy place and I'm glad that we all have fun, happy, clean, safe homes to be in, and a safe country. There are no bombs that people have to hear in the night or day. And no matter what you live in, a camper, hotel, house, shed, apartment, it's still home if you make it home.
