My Home to Me

Home is a place for hugs. After my Mom walks through the door I feel a warm hug embrace me. When I am sick I feel like a burrito wrapped up by my family. It’s like I am wrapped up in a blanket. The feeling and warmth of a families comfort will never leave me. Only my home is where I taste and smell the wonderful food waiting to be eaten up. Even when I’m sick I smell fresh warm chicken noodle soup and mild hot cocoa. I hope that I will always taste my Mom’s yummy food ,even when I am at school I can still taste my Mom’s food. My home is a place full of laughter and tears. I hear my family talking together while playing a game. I hear tears when I am hurt, my Mom or Dad will help me. I always hear crash, boom, nom nommy nom nom, yum yummy yum yum, MOM MOM, DADA DADA, and AHHHH! Even if I am alone my family is with me. I will almost always see that my family is laughing. I will see the comfort of my Mom, my Dad, my Brother, my Grandma, and my Grandma. The play room in my home is almost always messy after playing in it or after a fun relaxing movie night. I am so grateful to have a home.
