What Home is to Me

To me home is more than four walls, it's the people that live there. At home you feel tall like you can do whatever you put your mind to. Home can be very joyful but home can be sad too. But no matter what there is a helping hand to help you up. Home is where the heart is some say and that may be true. Family is very important to the people who help you when you're sad. They are ready to listen to you when you need help. Family is my happy place that may be crazy but to some people it may not be. Your home is based on love and trust. Home is where you are loved more than anything. All the people there trust you with their secrets and lies are not told. Home is where you're never alone no matter what the people you love are by your side. House and home are not the same no matter what you say. A house has walls and a roof. A home is love, trust, and family. That is what home means to me.
