Home Sweet Home
Home is a place where everything is fun
Watching TV, baking, and playing,
A place where there is no need to run
Everyone can exist happily.
Home is where families are made,
Outside, though it can be unpleasant,
Kids come back in house
They tell parents it is fine.
The next day, this happens,
Kids come and ask for food
They eat in front of candles
Which completely settles their mood.
To be happy, to be sad,
To be angry, to be mad,
Home determines those things.
At night, the kids go sleep
Where they lie in bed and rest,
The next day, they wake up,
And say you are the best.
During the night, they have a dream.
A dream that they can become whatever they want
If only they believe,
If only they try,
That is the beauty of home.
Before you know it,
The next day has come,
Everyone is screaming;
They have started a scrum.
You drop your kids to school
Where they say they cry and drool,
But when they come home,
They say, “It’s all okay!”
Home is like a vanishing charm;
When you come home, everything is alright,
Many people don’t realize this
But home is for your protection.
Home is a place for sorries and worries,
Forgiveness and love,
Home is a place where you and your family play games
Before you relax.
You can call home whatever you want
A house, a building, or a town.
But there is one thing for sure,
Home is an adventure from the beginning to the end.
This is all what you may call home.
Home sweet home.
