The Meaning of Home

Can you picture being in a cold dark tent in the cold dark night? I can’t. In my opinion there are a few differences between a house and a home. These are the differences: 1. A house is a physical object, home to me is more the feeling of family and friends 2. I can always go to my house but I can’t always come home. If you drove by your old house would you say “look, it’s my old house” or would you say “look its my old home”? I would say house. In fact my whole family and all my friends would say house, I’ve seen it my self. I can go to my house but I can’t always go home to all my family, friends, laughter, love, joy peace and countless other things. Some people can’t even go to their house. Some people don’t have love, laughter and countless other things. It is terribly sad but habit for humanity helps with that. There are three things that you can do: 1. Pray to God for the people. 2. You can do something like helping them. Or habit for humanity can help. 2. You can donate money to habitat for humanity. Every time habitat for humanity helps people that’s just one more person in the world who has a happier life. Sometimes I struggle and thank God for my home. I cry because I am so happy. We should want everybody to feel like that.
