There is a Place in the World

There is a place in the world where I am able to laugh, cry , smile, SCREAM and where I feel safe, welcomed and loved by the ones around me. There is a place in the world where the smell of a warm dinner floats in the air making me drool and my stomach grumble. There is a place in the world where I snuggle under fuzzy blankets with my cats on my lap and my family around me, on those cold winter nights when the frosty air nips at your nose and white snow blankets the ground. There is a place in the world where me and my brother laugh and play on hot summer evenings with the smell of delicious food wafting in the background. There is not a place like this for some people and there should be, so thanks to Habitat for Humanity for doing this kind act for others so everyone has a place in the world where they can feel safe, loved, and happy.
