Home

Home is where you feel safe and cozy. And where you smell mom’s cookies. When you go to sleep in your safe warm bed, not somewhere you are cold and scared. Home is where you can relax and feel safe. Where you can play with your family and friends. When you can watch TV and chill. There is no better feeling than being at home with family, feeling at peace and loved. I can sit in my room and look out the window dreaming of the world from a safe spot. To my home, my grandparents can come visit, and we can make cookies and cocoa. I have a backyard where I can play. Where I can have a pet. Where you can learn new things. Home is where I can play with my brothers. At home I have everything I need: food, love, peace. I can speak my first language. At home I know what I can do and what I can’t do, because my parents teach me important life lessons. I can read my favorite book. Home is where I can share my problems with family and they will help me solve them. For me home is something special and something I know a lot about. My home has changed countries and I’ve discovered home is where you’re loved and at peace! I can play with my siblings and wash movies together and laugh. After school, I came home and played with my family. In the kitchen I'm helping my mom cook food for my family. Sometimes me and my brother have fights, but some minutes later we both say sorry. For me my home is perfect. I don't need to change anything.
