My Home

My home is much more than just walls and a roof. It may appear as an ordinary home. When in reality my home is my special place. In my home I always feel safe. Comforted by my parents. Reassured by my sister. My home is always the best place I can go. The smells and sounds of my home always make me feel glad. Glad that I have a safe, warm house. My mom always manages to make amazing meals that always fill me up . In my bed at night in my home, I strain my eyes to look out the window by my bed. The sounds from outside and inside always comfort me. Home is the place where I know there is always a nice soft bed waiting for me. With a belly always warm and full , I know I can always fall asleep with ease. Home means being happy to wake up, hearing all the reassuring sounds in my home. The windows in my home always flood with light. That makes me smile knowing that I can be up, sitting on the couch with a blanket and feeling the warmth of the fire. To me home means my special place where I will always feel comforted and safe.
