Home - A place where you can feel safe and loved.

Home is not just four walls and a roof, home is a place where you can always feel welcome, a place where you feel at home, a place where you can be yourself and not worry about what other people think of you, and in my home, I see my family, always there for me. When I’m sad they make me happy. When I’m sick, they take care of me. I see my cats, meowing at me to give them food, I see my hamster playing in its tubes. I see my blanket that I’m crocheting, I crochet every day maybe 5 to 7 rows. I hear my sisters playing piano. I hear my cats purring when I sit down next to them. When I go to sleep, I can hear my sisters fish tank filter it sounds like a mini waterfall. I love listening to music, so I feel at home when I listen to Taylor Swift. When I am home there are always smells that fill the air from my mom’s cooking/baking every night she makes a yummy meal, and I don’t have to worry about not having any food. When I am home, I feel loved, and I always feel safe. In my home I feel cozy and when I’m cold my dad can make a fire and then I feel worm. In my home there is always food for me to eat I always taste something when I am home my mom or my brother always cook/bake food for me and I am always trying new foods. I taste things like buns, cake, cookies, etc. I love my home, so I hope maybe one day that everyone has a home. Thank you Habitat for Humanity. :)
