The Meaning of Home

Home can be described in lots of different ways. Like comfort or safety or family. It can also be described as helping or truthful and inclusive. But if I could say what home means to me, I would say safe. Because we have family members to protect you and keep you safe. I would also say caring because people in the household care about your opinions. I would also choose respectful because in our house we get treated with respect. I would also say promising because people in our household (most likely our guardians) make promises and never let them go. Even if it takes weeks. I would also say grateful because in our house, we are grateful for every cent, every bite of food, and every vacation we get. With five kids roaming the house, life can be hard at parts. From two not-behaved-all-the-time kids, to my sister yelling until our eardrums burst, we work things out. Piece by piece at a time.
