Meaning of Home

In the story Schooled, Cap being bullied by the students at C-Average Middle School because he is very different. On the schoolbus, students were flicking lit matches at Cap’s hair. Then all of a sudden the bus driver, Mr. Rodrigaz collapsed. Cap jumped to the rescue and took over driving the bus. I was thinking that if Cap had not known how to drive, what would have happened to the students. The bus had drifted to the other lane of the road and was headed straight for oncoming traffic. Other vehicle would have banged into the bus. The students and vehicle passengers would have been injured. The students on the bus were probably terrified and in shock. There could have been serious injuries. What if Cap hadn’t of been there. Would anyone else have been able to stop the bus? Do the students have emergency bus evacuation drills to know how to handle a situation like this?
