What makes a house a home

I think what makes a house a home is when you have your loved ones like your family. I moved into my new house less than a year ago and what made it feel like a home was my mom's warm meals and my dad's funny jokes. A home is somewhere you sit down and do what you love. For example, a house is somewhere you work all by yourself and no love is shared but a home is a place where you leave from somewhere and look forward to coming back home and spending time with your family. Laugh, play, watch, sleep, eat, and work, do all of these things in your home. So you can enjoy life. I love to play with my brothers at home and love to share time with my parents. I love to go to my grandparent's house too. It’s so much fun to be with your family. At school, I like to play with my friends. They always make me laugh. I loved when my friends would come over but they traveled away. I had so much fun with them and I loved playing with them. Having people there for you is the best. Always be grateful for what you have because even if you have one good friend there are people with nothing. If you have a home, food on the table, and people who love you then you are very lucky. So what do you think? Do you think a home should have those things and be a happy place?
