Meaning of Home

Home is a place for loving and caring. It's amazing but most kids and even adults take their house for granted. They don't get how bad it is for the people on the streets. Staying there with a sign hoping for money is so sad. Just think: You're out in the cold streets and no one is giving money to you to help you. My pets are an important part of home. They are loving and they fight a lot but I love them. There is a dog and cat and like the saying goes, they fight like cats and dogs. Also the dog's name is Sally and the cat's name is Grenade. I know it's a weird name. If you pet one, the other will be jealous and then go to you to be petted. It's pretty funny. Sally sounds like she is going to kill you, but she is sweet! She is just protective. My pets are a big part of home for me. When I relax I like to go to my bed and watch Netflix or play video games. But I am thankful for my home. I am very lucky to have a good house with food and water. But not everyone has that. It's sad. I think this is one of the best things that we can do to help the homeless. It's amazing! So thank you Habitat for Humanity Canada for being able to do this. It's great and I am glad I signed up.
