What Home Means to Me

My home extends beyond 4 walls. Many people have homes but mine is unique, and far from bleak. My home is diverse, and is like a grandma’s purse. Looks normal, but has an endless pool of lessons and teachings that's abnormal. My home is inside a dome, where the dust of the turf seems to find you wherever you shoot off to. It is where the sound of the fans' cheers fill the field, to where my peers protect me from bullies like a shield. Your home could be a house, but mine is where the ball meets the pitch, where the laughter between me and my teammates is rich. My home is the soccer pitch.
