Home

I used to think home was a place with four walls and a roof, but home is way greater than that. Home is where I'm comforted and feel safe Home is where i put on a cape and feel brave Home is where I took my first steps Home is where I look my best Home has the sweetest voice that cradles dreams in the softest light Home is a place where love is extreme Home is as sweet as whipped cream Home is the place I wake up every morning to birds singing a tune of glory Home is a place where I get read a bedtime story Home is a place you can stay warm and toasty on a cold winter's night It's a place you can find shade from the bright summer sunlight No matter where we choose to roam we live, we learn but we always return, this is the place we call home.
