To My Home

Dear Home, thank you for giving me and my family a roof and walls to live within, but you’re not just a roof and four walls, you also hold all of our memories as a family. You sound like my gerbils squeaking, you look like my loving family, you taste like my dad’s famous cooking, you smell like mom’s candles, you feel like a warm blanket. I love my home, and I am very fortunate to have a home. Everybody needs one so they can have a good, safe, happy life and home.
