What Home Means to Me

Home is the rink. It’s my second home. I play sports, like hockey! My sisters are home as well as my parents. I see my dog on the couch because she loves being warm. She loves going to my bed to sleep with me. Home reminds me of my friends because I spend lots of time with them. Home is where my mom makes me cheesecake. Where my dad cooks me steak and chicken wings. Home is where I keep memories of my sister who got spit on by a fake camel. The memories of travelling as a family. Hay River is home because I live here!
