The Meaning of Home.

In everyone’s life, no matter where they live or who they are, the very word “home” has a marvellous meaning. It has an emotional connection to us that no other place or feeling can ever replace. Home is where everybody's journey begins. It’s where you feel the safest and secure, taste your favourite meals, see the emotions around you of the people you love, smell the home-cooked repast, hear the sound of your loved ones laughing, knowing that those around you cherish you. Home is a very special feeling of comfort and safety, you see, but not all and sundry get to experience it, sadly. Many people out there struggle to find this feeling, maybe because of things such as moving constantly, struggling to pay for a roof above them and their family’s heads, or living in a threatening country. But that is what Habitat for Humanity is here for thankfully! This organization helps many families find and relish the glorious feeling of having a secure and loving home because everyone deserves to have a home no matter who they are.
