My Favorite Light At Home

Home is where I feel safe and welcome at any time. Home is a place where when I come home I see dad, mom, sister and my super happy dog. Home is a place where crying, laughing and anger is okay. Home is a place where I can sit down and have a nice dinner with my family when I tell them about my day. Home is where I can talk to my friends and have them feel my home is safe for them. In my house I have always had this on light on the bottom of the stairs. The light reflects into my room which helps me sleep because I'm just so used to it. Every night when I go to bed my dad is still awake downstairs. Sometimes I have trouble sleeping so when he comes upstairs to go to bed he does not turn it off, instead he keeps it on and then goes to bed. When he keeps it on it makes me feel happy because I know he cares about me and I love that alot. One other thing in my home that is special to me is my stuffed animal that I've had forever. This stuffed animal has been with me since day one. Even though I don’t sleep with it anymore it still will be a very special thing to me. I will always feel safe in my home because everyone has lots of joy. My mom and dad make sure me and my sister will always feel safe, loved and happy. Most people would think I would write about my device but I didn’t because certain things are more important than scrolling on TikTok. My home will always be mine and my sister's happy place forever.
