What IS Home?

To me, the meaning of home is family, friends, really anybody you hold close and\or love. Home is somewhere that you can be your full self, somewhere you can feel safe and belonging. Home isn’t just somewhere, home is someone you trust, someone you can always count on to have your back. When I imagine my home I hear the smoke alarm beeping as my mom takes dinner out of the oven, I see my family laughing and talking, my friends roughhousing because they feel like it. Home feels like the only place, thing and\or people/person you need.
