My Home
Home is a place of happiness and joy. I hear a family laughing and having fun. I smell the scent of a warm dinner being put on the table. The warmth of a dog snuggled up against me and a warm blanket wrapped around me as I watch tv. I see snow and rain droplets falling right outside my window. Home is where I can run and play. In a home I can read a book in a warm bed. I am not judged by how I look or sound. In my home I can chase my brother down the hallway and pray with my family. In my backyard I can play outside. I think that habitat for humanity is an important part of the community because people are losing their homes more often. A house is made of wood and stones, a home is made of love and hope.
