What home means to me

Home is where everyone is welcome. Home, for me, is where I smell my mother's delicious baking. Home is where the softness of my bed, where I sleep, feels warm. Home is where we gather around the fire and share the stories that we love with one another. Home is where memories are made. Home is where I feel safe and loved. Home is where we share love and laughter together. Home is like a free hotel with free food. Home is where I can let all my feelings out. Home is where I can always see my family. Home is where I can hear the beautiful music that we sing on Christmas holiday. Home is where we all eat at the table together. Home is where I can still play and touch the toys I loved as a kid.
