What home feels like

Home is where we can have bonding time with family and friends. Home is where we can see and smell our parents' amazing nihari and naan that makes our mouths drool as the food comes on the table and a meal is shared with warmth. Home is where we can have peace and practice our religion. Home is where we can play and have fun with our siblings as we are running around, continuous giggles and laughter, and smiling as bright as the sun. Home is where our mom tells the great embracing words and our dad tells the wise words of wisdom to continue the life’s pros and cons. Home is where we see the pictures adored with the loved ones and a strong family always chained together. Home is where we make great memories that will last a lifetime. Home is a place where the roof covers our head and we have a big comfy bright bed waiting for us to jump in. Home is where we celebrate Eid and an Eid party where we all gather together and give gifts, give money, and eat amazing food. And home is sitting beside the fireplace watching movies, talking about the happy times about the past, and enjoying the day.
