My Safe Place
People live, laugh, fall in love, but one day die
Thus, people struggle to live in the cruel world
That takes us one by one…
We all struggle to find goods and riches,
But at some points we forget about what's important
We forget our lives that might end at some point,
That's why our homes exist
For me, my home is a calm place
A place where joy and laughter fills the empty walls
A place where I can be myself
It's where I can feel love and protected
It is a place where I have great memories with my mother
Because our times together didn't always last forever
Knowing the life I lived at my home,
With all the memories I will know that
On the day I lie on my deathbed
I’ll know that I died with no regrets
