My Home
Home is where we love and laugh,
And ride life’s ups and downs.
Home is not just any house,
It’s where my feet find solid ground.
Home is where the fire roars,
As we tell stories of the past,
I feel the atmosphere of joy,
My heart will stay here ‘til the last.
Home is where the smell of cooking,
Wafts through the open door,
Home is not just for the rich,
It’s also for the poor.
Habitat for Humanity
Helps the poor and weak,
For everyone should have a home,
A place to eat their bread and meat.
Everyone is made for home,
Whether great or small,
Every person on this earth,
For the Lord God made us all.
