Home is where you are with the ones you love Even the ones up above Home is where you live under a sturdy roof And where you can be a goof You eat delicious food and sleep in a comfy bed And while you sleep visions of sugarplums may dance in your head At home you can play games of Ticket to Ride And look at the beautiful view outside A house is a place you live And a home is a place you love Home is a feeling When you feel safe, secure and believing I have a friend across the street I go over to play and sometimes eat Home is where you build memories And sometimes watch documentaries Overall home is the best Better than all the rest Thank you habitat for humanity For building houses for the poor So they don’t have to deal with brutality Thanks to you they can now be a director
