My house is my home

Home to me is my house, my home is important to me because of all my friends and family. My home is also important to me because of my neighborhood. I live near a lot of my friends and shops. In my neighborhood I feel safe and around friendly people. One of my favourite things about my home is all of the dogs that live nearby. When I go into my home it's a welcoming place with memories of my friends and family. Home to me is messy and some people might not like having a messy home but I'm glad I do because I don't want my house to look like an empty office building. To me home has something familiar like a smell or an object and that's just what home to me is but I think everyone should have a home that is welcoming, safe and familiar with or near friendly people. It's a place where you have memories. At home you should feel accepted, respected and supported by people. I think everyone deserves to have something or somewhere to call home because I think that it is important to have somewhere you know is safe and you can be with people that can and will comfort you that you can talk to when you need help. It's important to have a place where you can be yourself. If you don't have a place to call home you can be sad or embarrassed about not having a home. That's why I think that everyone deserves to have somewhere to call home.
