Home, the safest place
To most people home is just a building with walls and doors and furniture. But to me and lots of other people, Home is a mix of special feelings that can be good and bad.
Like the feeling of laying on your bed after a long hard day, makes your work pay off. And feeling the softness of your bed makes you feel calm. And hearing the birds chirping through the window while resting your head.
And when my mom gets home my nose gets filled with sizzling food hitting the pan. The cold air rushed through the window and hit my skin as I dig into my bed.
The best moments are inside your home stored in your head. Everybody laughing while eating delicious food and listening to music is one of the best feelings you can get.
My home is my favorite place. It's filled with laughter, love, fun and it's a place to keep secrets. Home is the best place. All those walls contain the memories you know and lock them deep.
I hope everyone loves home as much as I do. Thank you to Habitat for humanity for giving people a chance to experience this amazing opportunity.
