What Home Means to Me

Home is more than just a building or a place to stay. It has a special feeling, familiar sounds and smells and looks warm and inviting. Home has a feeling of being safe and sound. It is filled with joy and fun with games, friends and family and movie nights. It is a dry place to sleep where you know there is no harm. It is filled with my bed and my bedroom isdecorated just for me with everything I like. Home is filled with many comforting sounds. Sounds of laughter, talking, and screaming with joy. It is also filled with sounds of praising and loving the Lord. Home is not just one building, it is also my cabin in the woods. This is home to me because I can do special activities with my grandparents. We swim, play games, drive quads and boats. The memories that we made will remain with me forever.
