Home Is a Place
Home Is a Place
Home is a place that is warm,
Home is a place where fears don't swarm.
But home isn't always a building,
Or a place where cameras are filming.
It's a place with family and friends,
It's a place where we make amends,
For the mistakes we made.
But the ones that fade,
Have already been forgiven.
Home isn't always a place we live in,
It could be a bench under the sky,
Or it could be a beach where overhead birds fly.
But wherever it is, it is home,
And it's a place we go when we feel most alone !
