My Home, My Place

My home is where we have laughter and fun, with the games we play and the jokes we tell. My home is where we come home from outside and smell the cooking of the food inside. My home is where we live and sleep, even when the dog barks and leaps. My home is where we stay and play, and everyone will say hooray! My home is where we have family time, even when we do charades like a mime. My home is where we party all day, especially on birthdays. My home is where we follow our religion, so we can celebrate and honour our traditions. My home is where I try other languages, and it is better when I practice and practice. My home is where we gather around and share the stories we found. My home is where we spend time together, so Habitat for Humanity can make a home for a family better.
