What Home Means to Me

A home is a foundation built from trust. A safe home filled with joy and laughter Family games such as monopoly or snakes and ladders always brings the family together or even grandma's delicious shortbread cookies with the cherry on top. Most people think a home is a building with a modern kitchen and large bedrooms. But it's more than that, it's waking up in the morning to homemade toast and tea. And making memories around a fire and looking up at the stars and searching for the big dipper. Theres so many people and families who don't have a place to call home and thats an issue. Everyone deserves a safe home to make memories in. And that’s why I’m so grateful to have a roof over my head!
