What Home Means to Me

Home means to me when I can go outside and smell the fresh air with the breezy spring on its way. Home means to me when I see all my family gathered around the table with the tasty sunday chicken, gravy, and many more amazing dishes getting ready to be eaten. Home means to me when I hear the big waves crashing against each other before washing upon the shore with the seagulls screeching and the fish jumping out of the fresh salt water. Home means to me when I touch the soft snow that had just fallen from the cleared up sky after a snowfall that covered the ground with the most soft and fluffy snow you could ever touch on a winter day. Home means to me when I go outside on a beautiful evening and see the sun setting while watching it go down and the darkness of the night covers the beautiful sky of Newfoundland.
